• The services have an obligations of means, not an obligation of results. Maarten Van der Heyden cannot be held accountable for any (im)material harm that occurs to clients, physical or mental.

• These consultations are not meant to substitute help from a doctor or psychiatrist. Maarten Van der Heyden cannot give any medical advice.

• If clients cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment they get a full refund. There can be exceptions where they get a refund regardless of time (accidents, sickness).

• Clients can read the privacy statement here.

• These terms and conditions start applying when the first session is booked. By booking a session the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
