On which mental health problems do I mainly focus?
Fears & phobias
Is a fear stopping you from enjoying your life to the fullest? Is there a specific phobia you’d like to be able to handle better? Fears and phobias can paralyse us, I want to help you figure out where the source of the issue might lie as well as how we can deal with it to improve your mental health.
Social isolation
Have you become isolated from others and find it difficult to reconnect? Do you want to take a step into a more social life but aren’t sure how to do that? It can be difficult to get over that hurdle to start socialising again. I want to help you figure out if there is another underlying issue to the isolation and take that first step forward outwards again.
Self-esteem
Do you feel like others can do everything better? That you don’t bring anything special to the table? If people do praise you it feels like you are an imposter or just got lucky. Everybody brings something special into this life, I am here to try and help you see your full potential and work towards that happiness we all deserve.
Anxiety & stress
Do you feel the pressure of your work, school or (social) event overwhelming you? Is the upcoming deadline, project or exam making your general health suffer due to the stress? These feelings might make you want to stay back in your safe space and avoid it all. I want to assist you in finding the source of the anxiety and help alleviate this burden.
Game/Screen Addiction
Do you really enjoy playing games but you realise other parts of your life aren’t going well? Do you spend a lot of time on social media and lose track of time? These things aren’t inherently bad but it is important to find a healthy balance between gaming/social media and other parts of your life. I want to help you find a middle-ground where you can still enjoy these things but not let it negatively impact your chance to live a fulfilling life.
